1. PROMOTION
Just a Pinch & Co is running a free-entry promotional giveaway for members of the Just a Pinch & Co WhatsApp Group.
By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. PRIZE
One (1) Batch Ceramics Tapas Bowl, with a stated recommended retail price (RRP) of $55.00.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The giveaway is open to Australian residents who meet the entry requirements set out below.
Employees of Just a Pinch & Co, anyone directly involved in running or determining the outcome of the giveaway, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Each eligible participant receives:
One (1) entry for joining the Just a Pinch & Co WhatsApp Group.
Participants may receive up to two (2) additional bonus entries, as follows:
Bonus Entry 1: Invite one friend who genuinely wants to join the Just a Pinch & Co WhatsApp Group.
Bonus Entry 2: Share the giveaway in a local community group where promotional posts are permitted.
A participant may receive a maximum of three (3) entries in total.
Participants must provide a screenshot to Just a Pinch & Co as evidence of any bonus entry.
Participants must not add or invite anyone to the WhatsApp Group without that person's knowledge or willingness to join.
Participants must also comply with the rules of any local community group in which they share the giveaway.
5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
There is no entry fee.
6. MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT
To remain eligible for the prize, the participant must remain a member of the Just a Pinch & Co WhatsApp Group until 20 October 2026.
If a selected winner has left the WhatsApp Group before this date, they will no longer be eligible to receive the prize and another winner may be selected.
7. PROMOTION PERIOD
The giveaway opens on [INSERT OPENING DATE AND TIME] and closes on [INSERT CLOSING DATE AND TIME].
Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
8. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
Each valid entry will have one chance in the draw.
The draw will take place on 21st October 2026.
Just a Pinch & Co will determine the winner using a random selection process.
9. NOTIFICATION OF WINNER
The winner will be contacted directly using the contact details associated with their entry.
The winner may also be announced through the Just a Pinch & Co WhatsApp Group.
The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted to claim the prize.
10. UNCLAIMED PRIZE
If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, is found to be ineligible, or does not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions, the prize will be forfeited and another eligible winner may be selected at random.
The replacement winner will be contacted using the same process.
11. PROOF OF ENTRY
Just a Pinch & Co may request reasonable evidence that a participant has completed a bonus-entry requirement.
Screenshots supplied for verification will be used only for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be publicly shared by Just a Pinch & Co without permission.
Participants should avoid sending unnecessary personal information in screenshots.
12. DISQUALIFICATION
Just a Pinch & Co reserves the right to disqualify an entry where the participant:
- provides false or misleading information;
- submits an entry that does not meet these Terms & Conditions;
- attempts to obtain more than three entries;
- adds or invites people who do not genuinely wish to join the WhatsApp Group;
- uses fraudulent or automated methods to enter; or
- otherwise attempts to manipulate the giveaway.
13. CHANGES TO THE PROMOTION
Just a Pinch & Co reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.
Any material changes will be communicated to participants or made publicly available before they take effect.
14. PRIVACY
Personal information collected for the purpose of administering this giveaway will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and used for purposes connected with the promotion, including verifying entries, contacting the winner and arranging delivery of the prize.
15. WHATSAPP
This giveaway is administered by Just a Pinch & Co and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with WhatsApp.
Participants must comply with WhatsApp's applicable terms and policies.
16. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By entering the giveaway, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
