Please ensure your shipping and contact details are correct before placing your order. Once your order has been packed or dispatched, changes may not always be possible.
You will receive:

- shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched
Pre-Orders
Some products may be available as pre-order due to limited releases or small-batch production.
Estimated dispatch timeframes will be listed on the product page. Please note these are estimates and may occasionally change due to supplier or shipping delays.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.
Handmade & Kitchenware Items
Please note slight variations in colour, glaze, texture, or wood grain may occur across handmade or artisan pieces. These variations are part of their unique character.
