  • Shiraz & Rosemary Finishing Butter

    A rich, herb-kissed butter using Just a Pinch Co Shiraz & Rosemary Salt
    INGREDIENTS
    250g unsalted butter (softened)
    1–2 tsp Shiraz & Rosemary salt (Just a Pinch Co)(adjust to taste)
    1 tsp honey (optional)
    1 small garlic clove, finely grated (optional)
    Fresh cracked black pepper (optional)
    METHOD
    1. Mix
    Add Shiraz & Rosemary salt into butter and mix until fully combined. Add honey, garlic, and pepper if using.
    2. Whip (optional but recommended)
    Whip until light and fluffy for a gourmet finish.
    3. Shape or serve
    Roll into a log using baking paper or serve in a small ramekin.
    HOW TO USE
    Melt over steak or lamb
    Finish roasted potatoes or carrots
    Spread on sourdough or focaccia
    Stir through hot mushrooms or pasta
  • Lemon & Herb Roasted Potatoes

    Crispy roasted potatoes with a fresh citrus & herb finish using Just a Pinch Co Lemon & Herb Salt
    INGREDIENTS
    1 kg baby potatoes (or chopped potatoes)
    2–3 tbsp olive oil
    1–2 tsp Lemon & Herb salt (Just a Pinch Co)
    Zest of 1 lemon (optional but recommended)
    2 cloves garlic, crushed (optional)
    Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
    Black pepper to taste
    METHOD
    1. Prep the potatoes
    Wash and cut potatoes into even-sized pieces for consistent roasting.
    2. Parboil (optional but next-level)
    Boil in salted water for 8–10 minutes until just starting to soften. Drain well.
    3. Roast
    Preheat oven to 200°C
    Toss potatoes with olive oil, Lemon & Herb salt, garlic, herbs, and lemon zest
    Spread on a tray in a single layer
    4. Cook until golden
    Roast for 35–45 minutes, turning halfway, until crisp and golden.
    HOW TO SERVE
    With roast chicken or lamb
    Alongside steak with finishing butter
    As a BBQ side dish
    Topped with extra Lemon & Herb salt straight from the oven
  • Jalapeño & Lime Grilled Chicken Tacos

    Juicy grilled chicken finished with Just a Pinch Co Jalapeño & Lime Salt for a fresh, spicy citrus kick
    INGREDIENTS
    500g chicken thighs or breast
    2 tbsp olive oil

    1–2 tsp Jalapeño & Lime salt (Just a Pinch Co)

    Juice of 1 lime

    1 garlic clove, crushed

    Small handful fresh coriander (optional)

    Soft tortillas to serve
    METHOD
    1. Marinate the chicken

    Mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and Jalapeño & Lime salt. Coat chicken well and marinate for at least 20–30 minutes.
    2. Cook

    Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through. Let rest for a few minutes.
    3. Slice & finish

    Slice chicken and sprinkle a final pinch of Jalapeño & Lime salt for extra punch.
    4. Serve

    Load into warm tortillas with fresh toppings like slaw, avocado, or coriander.
