Just a Pinch & Co. offers artisan salts, homewares, kitchen and dining products, pantry items, gifts and other lifestyle products.

Product colours, finishes, textures and appearance may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting, photography, screens and the nature of individual products.

Some products may be handmade, naturally produced or individually finished. Minor variations should not necessarily be considered defects.

3. ARTISAN SALTS & FOOD PRODUCTS

Our artisan salts are made in small batches using Australian sea salt and selected ingredients.

Ingredients and allergen information are provided with individual products where applicable. Customers are responsible for checking product information before consumption, particularly where they have allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements.

If you have any questions regarding ingredients or a particular product, please contact us before purchasing.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received, subject to product availability.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is an error in product information or pricing, a product is unavailable, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

5. SHIPPING & DISPATCH

Orders are generally dispatched within the timeframe stated on the website at the time of purchase.

Dispatch times may vary during sales, promotional periods, market events, holidays, pre-orders or periods when the business is temporarily closed.

Once an order has been handed to the delivery carrier, delivery times are outside our direct control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Additional costs may apply where an order needs to be re-sent due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

6. PRE-ORDERS

Products identified as pre-order are ordered specifically for future delivery.

The estimated dispatch timeframe will be stated on the relevant product or collection page. Pre-order items may have different dispatch timeframes from in-stock products.

Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be dispatched together once the pre-order items are available unless otherwise stated.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CONSUMER RIGHTS

If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, significantly different from its description or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees that apply under Australian law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.

For change-of-mind returns, our return policy applies. Food and consumable products may not be eligible for return for change-of-mind reasons where permitted by law.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your order arrives damaged or if you believe there is a problem with a product.
